At Rise, we now offer you seasoned Waysharers with decades of self-transformation and research under our belts as mentors. Although some of us are trained counselors with degrees, it is of greater importance that we have grown wise through direct experience that has fostered authentic knowing. We have come to understand that real growth must be held in a delicate balance—a container that is free of hierarchy and ego where we authentically hold space so that truth has a real opportunity to be birthed. Here within Rise, we are re-defining ourselves and our relationship to serving you. In this way, what arises becomes a true reflection of the new energy templates that bring with them the organic possibility for joy, self-remembering, personal sovereignty, freedom, and the birth of an altogether new psychology. Most paradigms subtly imply an expert/student split, keeping students in a "less than" position while espousing equality. This is not conscious, but it is prevalent. It takes specific learning to recognize the difference between the artificial construct with its covert hierarchical container vs. the organic laws (lore) of life itself that allow us access to our own authentic energetic essence. Only those who have been down this path themselves can be of any real benefit in assisting others. In order to accomplish this, one needs to have voyaged through the MultiVerse and into one's own personal and collective shadowland, and systematically broken their contracts with the artificial construct. One needs to awaken to the lies and deception internally and externally and come to experience the difference between the artificial construct and the organic nature of reality. Then, one needs to learn how to take effective action to move with the organic life impulse. Only then is enlightened choice possible. Our Rise facilitators are dedicated to midwifing/husbanding you through this process. We have learned from past errors and are making corrections daily, evolving side-by-side in our own lives. We have dropped the pretense of being perfect people and instead are dedicated to walking our talk by owning our shadows as we learn and grow by your side. This is a new paradigm of blending education with healing co-relationship.
