Shadow Synthesis is the fruit of my labor over 40 years in transformational psychology; informed by a myriad of schools, techniques, mentors and wisdom keepers. My sole intent is to act as a wise and seasoned guide.

Shadow Synthesis 1 is designed to give you a clear perception of the shadows you may carry and how to transmute their negative aspects and integrate the energy and their hidden treasures into birthing the core coherent SELF potential you are. We are programmed to fear and avoid our shadows. As our world spirals into increasing chaos and division, we see our personal and collective shadows being projected outside ourselves onto the world stage. Each one of us who does the inner work withdraws our energetic vote to maintain oppression and the status quo. By doing this work, we take our energy back and become masters of our own Selves. We no longer fuel the shadow projection epidemic running rampant now. Allow me to introduce myself. I am Sienna Lea, woman author, once a psychologist in the system, now a mid-wife augmenting soul alchemy I call Shadow Synthesis to birth a New Humane reality of care and embodied conscience. I have worked for 50 years diligently engaging in New Paradigm projects and communities. Through all this I have come to realize that to truly birth a reality of embodied love and equality we must first transmute all that would sabotage this agenda residing within each of us.
